	Circuit-Wise, Inc. maintains QS 9000 certification and announces plans for TS 16949 Circuit-Wise Inc. has again passed the bi-annual surveillance audit of its quality system by TUV America, a board certified auditor, and maintained its QS 9000 certification. Our facility in North Haven, CT is working toward a certification audit for TS16949 in the spring of 2004. March 5, 2003

Meiko Electronics Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese manufacturer of printed circuitry and Circuit-Wise, Inc., a leading North American manufacturer of same, announced a merger of operations.
